We'll start with some easy seated openers, move to a standing practice, and finish with a meditation.
This level 1/2 practice is designed to help us feel better. No props needed except the ones you always like to have.

Our practice will include a seated warm up sequence for the hips, spine and shoulders, before we flow into kneeling postures to release neck and shoulder tension. As we move into standing postures, we’ll dive deeper into hip work, luxurious side body stretches, and cooling forward bends. Standing poses are introduced to help you stay strong and playful, before we wind down our sequence with some of Melina’s signature reclined sequences that prepare you for the deeper immersion into yoga and meditation.

She will guide us through a fluid 50-minute practice of sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, and heart and hip openers to help cultivate strength, spaciousness, and ease while resting in the heart space.

We'll flow at a slow and steady pace to build strength and allow plenty of time to feel and experience the poses and movements. Our practice will close with a sequence of yin yoga postures to reward our hard work. Robert's classes are super user friendly, packed with modifications and encouragement to discover your own unique way within the forms.
