Welcome back. Thank you Matt and Sarah and Juna and we'll take a look at Ardha Matsya and Rasana, half Lord of the Fishes pose. Okay, our friends are willing to show how they get into it and a bit of a variety so that we can feel more comfortable with our own variety. So just noticing like as our friends have started to move into the posture, like notice how Juna has extended her bottom leg. This often allows for a more grounded feeling in the hips and notice how she's currently hugging the knee. Okay, notice she has the same wrap as Matt who has chosen to leave his bottom leg bent and then our friend Sarah who has chosen to extend her arm and reach for that bottom knee as she opens up through her heart and spirals. So beautiful, each of you. One more detail you might notice is you just might notice like, notice the relationship of Juna's chin and gaze towards her heart versus Sarah's who's choosing to create more openness and space, whereas Juna is choosing to find the openness and space more in the back of her neck. These are subtle details that can change everything. Okay, last few moments each of you just see if you can let your lips soften a little bit more. Pretty, gorgeous Matt. Okay, maybe an inhale and as you exhale just letting yourself slowly unwind and find your way out of there and pause, hold on to that front knee. I'm just tasting the results. Okay, so again the continual lesson through this show is just the hope. What we're trying to communicate is the posture looks different depending on who's doing it and how you're using it for this practice of self-study. So let us know what you're finding, let us know how it looks and feels for you.
