(waves crashing) Namaste. Nice to be back with you again. Hope it's going well this far. We've looked at the vowel (guttural R sound) in our previous episode, which wasn't a very simple one. This next one is also another one that we are not very used to doing.

It is the sound (guttural L sound). It's when you place your tongue lightly behind your teeth. Do that, (guttural L sound), and you can pull it in a little bit from there. (guttural L sound) Get that? (guttural L sound) Lovely.

This is the sound that corresponds to the sound Luh when it is developed further. At a vibratory level, it corresponds to the experience of joyfulness and creativity. It's something that we would recognize with the words in English which are laughter, lively, lightness. I don't know whether it's a coincidence that they all start with Luh but anyway, you get the idea of it, right? The sound (guttural L sound) corresponds to this experience of joyfulness and creativity.

I would suggest the best time to do it is when you're feeling really low and when your being is feeling blocked and heavy. Try to do the sound (guttural L sound) and see how it feels, right? Close your eyes, take a breath and do the sound (guttural L sound). (guttural L sound) Lovely. Right.

We could accompany the sound with a gesture, which is a bit like the one that we did with the (guttural sound) that you hold your fingers in the chin mudra. The thumb and index fingers come together. The three fingers, other fingers, remain straight. Place it on the third eye in between your eyebrows. As you do the sound (guttural L sound), just release it as if you're blowing away a certain thought into the wind.

Place your thumb and index finger in the middle of your eyebrows. Take a deep breath and as you do the (guttural L sound), release. (guttural L sound) Once more. (inhaling) (guttural L sound) Feel the experience of letting go. It's a good experience to let down your baggage as well.

Let go with joyfulness. The same sound can be done in its longer form with a (guttural L sound), whatever feels natural and comfortable to you and whichever position you feel comfortable. Allow these sounds to drop into your being and lift at the same time. Enjoy the sound (guttural L sound).
