Welcome. Here are five tips for success in our Summer Challenge. One, commit. Consistency helps in committing to the practice so that you return day after day. Two, create a toolkit of props. You'll need one yoga mat, two blocks, and one to two blankets. Use the props to support you throughout the practices to make the shapes more functional and enjoyable. Three, share. Share in the journey of this challenge by inviting a friend to join you, or share on the forum, because we can't wait to hear from you. Four, space. Create space in your schedule to practice, but also create an inviting environment for you to practice within. It's hard to come to the mat, so make it more enjoyable. Buy a bouquet of flowers, maybe light a candle, or practice at your favorite time of day to take in the light. Five, fun. Don't take yourself too seriously and have great fun. Enjoy yourself.
