This quick technique is designed to help you ease tension and feel more spacious. Take your thumbs inside a gentle fist and on an inhale we're going to firm all the muscles of the body to the midline and on the exhale relax on to the ground and into the space around you. Two more times, firm your arms, your legs, your seat, your belly, center. Exhale let everything soften and melt away from the midline. One more time pull it in on your inhale, tighten, squeeze, even your face and on your exhale everything gets bigger everywhere, unfurl your fists, feel your feet spread into their prints and take a breath into your clear new space inside.
