I had a yummi, yummi practice. I love the chest and heart openers. I have a questions about the second pose: The edge of the shoulderblades is on the edge of the block, and then I am lowering down my shoulderblades onto the surface of the blocks? That´s rigth? Thanks! Silke
Such a nice relaxation practice. I had to place myself lower on the backbends due to my bad lower back, and still felt a nice opening in the chest. I love the supported twist. So nice to completely relax before bedtime. Thank you for your teaching Leeann.
