Whenever I meet up with you here, I move in ways I never have in my whole life. And think about things in different ways than I've ever been exposed to before.

Thank you so much I have weak shoulder muscles and I think I have also hyper extended my elbows so correct positioning/alignment is something I need to pay extra attention to in my practice. I look forward to the rest of the videos.

Thank you once again, felt myself more in the moment and paying attention to all the subtle movements made sure to keep my elbows bent but still feeling i am using wrists too much but i will keep at it. Namaste.

Hey Angela thanks for your comments. Try pushing the very tip ends of your fingers down and see if you can micro flex all the joints in your hands so that the center arches lift just a bit. It's a lot of finger strength to develop but will help you get at the intrinsic support needed to keep your wrists lifted. Much love-Renee

I find so much joy in seeing how excited up you get explaining the Anatomy - especially the embryonic/development aspects. Thank you!
