Hi Kadee! Great question. I like to play with variations of Cactus Arms and Garudasana (Eagle Arms) in Crescent Moon and Warrior 1, to get that nice opening in the chest and deep stretch in the shoulders. Also, rolling on a tennis ball can be a great way to get into the infraspinatus and release the shoulder muscles. Let me know what you find! xo Alana
