Soglad that you have included a recap. Very helpful. I particularly like the way you are able to make the discussion of samadhi relevant to the "average" practitioner. It's not way out there somewhere, but intimately woven into our human existence, at every level.

Very enriching recap the Sutras. It has been very helpful and I have seen it clearer than at the beginning probably because I've been processing the information little by little.
