Hi Jasmin,
I hope this finds you well and wanted to send a big Thankyou! A stressful day brought me to the mat this evening- I very rarely practice in the evening so I was wildly surprised to find myself wobbling all over the place! I did feel unbalanced it´s true but I it caught me unawares that this would reflect in the asana...wow the body really is the metaphor. I felt so soothed by the end of this short sweet session! It´s just amazing that taking half hour instead of (or before!) a glass of wine could have such profound effects!
