I’m just finishing up the second time through of the original 30day challenge, so I’m really happy to see this one come along. I still haven’t been able to do a wheel, or the hand stand one in a squat position; I hope this new challenge isn’t too advanced, but am looking forward to giving it my best shot. I find starting them with #1 on the first day of the month, etc. gives me extra motivation to do it each day and not get behind; you might like that too.

Welcome to the second 30 Day Challenge Rich B. ! That’s so cool you’ve done (almost) the first challenge twice now! And I do think your idea of starting it on the 1st of the month is good! This challenge is not too difficult, if you’re able to do the first challenge, you’ll be fine:) Sarah Beston sent you some great suggestions for the poses you mention, give them a shot! I do believe you may have been referring to crow pose when you mentioned the handstand in squat position?? If so, maybe Sarah Beston or myself can send you the link to a crow tutorial I offer, fun pose to work on too!
