Sensational. I've been putting off this practice thinking how 108 chatarunga sun salutations (or anything close to that) was not for me .. but today was the right time .. the achievable sequencing was a joyful discovery .. loved it .. thank you.

Perhaps this is like the traditional equinox practice.  I didn't think I'd want to do this but Rob in his calm manner made this fiery practice a wonderful one to practice.  Namaste
