Thank you Alana! I have developed a new found appreciation of savasana. The subtitles of letting the floor “have you”versus lying on the floor was quite profound. I simply melted into the mat. I feel peaceful.

Hi Alana. When I let go of any effort of breathing any effort in my body and any effort in my attention I found myself enveloped in a violet light of ease and total relaxation. It was a beautiful feeling of peace, I could have stayed there for ages. I will take that sensation into daily life. Namaste.

Another great, relaxing practice for before bedtime. Thank you!

Thank you for these nourishing practices. I have a question: What is the intention behind rolling to the side, and twisting from the upper spine? I have been called to move this way recently in my practice, too, and I'm wondering if it might be helpful for those of us with diastasis recti.

For some reason it was hard to quiet myself today. Tomorrow will be another day.......thank you.
