Thanks for the introduction. What's the best way to progress through the two seasons if i'm practicing daily? as the episodes are different lengths i don't know the best way to approach it.

I would have you start with Sun Salutation A, Residing in Breath and Drishti, Sun Salutation B as a block... .Then Fundamental Asana as a practice and keep checking the tutorials: Finding Bandha, Broad Collarbone Experience. Then from Season Two, Refreshing Sun Salutations and Beginners' Practice should be readily accessible. Season One: Let's Practice Ashtanga and Everyday Backbends might be next. Depending on how you personally feel, these blocks might be week by week. So you might have a 3-4 week program right here! Let me know how it feels! Keep well and enjoy practice, Dylan
