There is no coincidence, I believe, in life. When Ravi mentioned the example of meeting the person who will become your life partner, I thought of how I met my husband. I was going to attend the University of Toronto (a very small town girl), and found myself in downtown Toronto. That first afternoon I walked down to the Newman Centre (a centre for Catholic students) and met my future husband. We did not start going out then - but eventually did and have been married for 33 years (and 4 kids!).
What an amazing talk...what stood out for me is "I am both the instrument of transformation and also the object that needs to be transformed". That and consciousness and conscience cannot be separated, attention, intention and sincerity. I am going to dive into the homework, thank you for such a brilliant lecture !!
