Hi Alana, I am a Pilates instructor and recently I have started to practice Yoga several times a week. Whenever I do salutes to the sun , i start feeling dizzy after 20 minutes or so. What is the reason, what should i do? I thought may be as a biginner this practice is too much or too soon for me?! I appreciate your reply .
Hi Sheida, Welcome to Yoga Anytime! We are so glad that you are here. Great question. It's not uncommon to feel dizzy after coming up to standing from a forward fold. Hi Alana, Thank you so much for your reply and email. I am trying your suggestions . It works better when I slow down with less repetition , like two or three salutations. The other videos are great too. I will practice with them . I enjoy every step of my journey . Thank you! Best, Sheida
