Thank you! This was amazing. So simple, yet so powerful. It’s not so much about doing a lot of repetitions and sweating it but more about getting in touch with your pelvic floor and moving with awareness. Love it! I’n also going to try the heelpumps the next time I feel like I really need to go. 😁

I am so grateful to you - and yogaanytime for this practice. The extremely sudden onset of urge / stress incontinence had plunged me into despair- even though I am of course aware that in the big scheme of things it´s not such a debilitation it has really messed with my head, my confidence and of course my ego!!!!! As you say it´s not something people talk about generally and to be honest i have even experienced a bit of shame and embarassment - and havent spoken about it to anyone!
Anyway I decided to search on the offchance that there might be something on the site - and Im thrilled to discover this gentle practice - I feel more relaxed already and so very glad to have a soothing practice I can repeat every day and hopefully find some improvement
