I fully agree here with James that although dialogue and sharing and asking your teacher questions is absolutely fine there is no substitute for self enquiry. At some point we are just with our own self only and getting into the habit of enquiry, engaging with our own thoughts, probing, is the ultimate self development tool, that is always with us, no matter who is around and whatever life circumstances we find ourselves into.
