I'm brand new to this, this is my first morning. I'm here because I'm 65 and I'm stiffening up all over, particularly my lower back. I see Kira using various "pillows", and as I'm serious about this, it'd be nice to know what sort of stuff I need to have with me before I begin a particular episode. Is this possible?
In Season 1 of the Happy Back Show, most of the yoga props we use are to help temper the effects of stiffness. Here you can find article and video with some suggestions of good substitutions.

So grateful to have found this show. I have chronic back pain stemming from post pregnancy abdominal separation. I’m just coming out of a few days of acute pain after overdoing it in the garden! I’m really looking forward to trying out some new movements and techniques to help. Thank you!
