I really enjoyed this. For me, it is much easier to meditate when I perform a ritual. And I liked the fact that we didn't have to visualize an Indian divine personality, that we could apply it to whatever deity that made sense to us. I, for example, dedicated the practice to Yemanjá, an Orixá from Afro-Brazilian tradition. I fell that relating to my cultural roots makes more sense to me. Thanks a lot for this experience.
