I was hoping for a Yoga Nidra practice. When will there be one?

This became my yoga nidra practice! I lay down, got comfy, "snuggled in" (as Kira would say!), and sank into a deep state of relaxation while listening to this talk. So wonderful to have Kristen presenting this. Such a necessary practice for health and wholeness...
