Great stuff thanks , it is diffciuilt to notice the rolling of the thighs or ball , sometimes it seems to go iether way , the movemnet of the tail bone in and then the fuller opening of the upper region sounds very interesting beautifully explained .

Hi Chris,
Thank you for making the movement of the upper back so accessible through this demonstration. Your teaching makes this awareness almost effortless. It is a great remedy after spending too much time in front of the computer.

Thank you -- I'm finding that 1 can forward fold from the hips, or from the lower spine... so interesting, which is better? When would i bend from 1 or the other?
