Thank you, for explaining position of the pelvis. It helps to know proper positioning! Its good to know I'm doing it right to prevent injury and for any uncertainties that may arise.
Hiiii Dawn !!! The pelvis can come into play in so many postures - so to understand clearly the difference between posterior and anterior tilt can be a game changer in avoiding injury and being able to really enjoy a posture! You are awesome and I'm always happy to know you're practicing with me :))
