This practice has a very pleasing dreamlike quality to it. Hanumanasana with the block “pedestal” shall we say (?) made this pose accessible for me and felt terrific. Finally, the meditation provided some food for thought that kept my mind from wandering. 🌗
Dear Jenny, Sounds like the practice is working! Yes to props and block supported Hanumanasana, it makes the pose so much more accessible (as you've found) so we can really "be" in it. Also, Hanuman is certainly worthy of being on a "pedestal" - great name. 🌙
