I find that translation of pratyahara as ‘going to the source’ of the senses, rather than withdrawing the senses, much more meaningful and intuitive. Sadia, your warmth and wisdom is so engaging and radiates outwards. Thank you for sharing these qualities with us.

Thank you! This kind of practice really helps my joints. My right knee was very cranky (arthritic), but by the end it was if I took some Advil or had a cortisone shot. Loved the frame wisdom—“the arc …self expression..” Totally agree! Thanks for the laughs too. Namaste
