I loved the steady progression in this one! I really wasn’t feeling backbends today, but I’ve learned that sometimes the asanas you least feel like doing are the ones you need the most 😉. So, I gave this a go, and by the time we got to the “peak” poses my body was ready and the back bends felt so good! I love your organic teaching style and I’m hoping for many more seasons of “Guided By Breath”. Thank you and Happy Spring 🌸 🙏🏻
