What was said here about the path of yoga being lonely and intimidating at times really resonates with me. Turning "loneliness" into "time alone" can be hard but rewarding and requires courage and acceptance. And so many things in the way. But like you say James, once you walk the path of the razor's edge, even for a minute, it's so vastly fulfilling. So many yoga classes, yoga teachers say "simply be present", that's quite a hard thing to do, so we keep trying
