Jules Mitchell can reduced movement in the Lumbar Spine reduce ROM in the pelvis?? I have some students that can't tilt from the hips and come into a forward fold. The only movement they have comes from the Thoracic Spine?? If so, I'm assuming this whole sequence would be great for them??
