Kate, I am a total nerdy sponge in these practices. Thinking of the foot as three points works better for me. Stools are better balanced than chairs. I like the little man the pulls down the kite. The physical parts of this practice were challenging, and I want to return here to experience it a bit more fully. Thanks!
I so appreciate that you liked these cues... I had some GREAT teachers myself when I was teaching full-time and they passed along wonderful cues that offered "images" for me to focus on when I was practicing -- so that I could FEEL what was truly happening from the inside-out instead of just mimicking the teacher. This inspire me to create cues of my own....glad they helped.
