It felt good to slow down the movements of the spine and be very specific and very gentle. This kind of movement is so healing for the body and the mind. Movement is our right!

This was super informative...meaning that the movement repetion was very revealing of the ways in which the two sides of my body responded differently to this work...and in daily life. It wouldn't have been so obvious without the small repetitive movements.
