I am excited for this series of practices! As I age I need to warm up all my joints before I can even think about doing yoga or other exercise. This class was so helpful and now I have a few new moves for warming up. Looking forward to more!

I am currently on day 3 of a 4 day workshop that goes for 12-13 hours a day and my body is suffering being up at midnight to watch and sit at a computer for so long! This was perfect for a period of time when my mind and body is tired and not so happy! AS Jenny said the Jefferson Curl was amazing! And I have a herniated disc and osteoporosis. By the third curl there was no little grab...slowing down was key. Thanks Helya!
Jan I also have a herniated disc which is why all these practices came about! I was injured to the point of no movement for almost a year. These exercises have truly saved me. I'm so happy to hear you've been getting such use out of them. Thank you for practicing with me!
