I had to improvise a bit as I only have a 5 foot band, so I doubled it up and tied it off. It worked okay but I think it might be worth it to pick up the mini band size so I can continue to work with these exercises . I’m a prop gal, so any excuse ya know 😂 Even without the exact right band, I still felt the burn! 🔥
