Thank you for this practice to easy worry, especially about things over which we have no control. Wildfires recently forced us to evacuate our home and the worry and overthinking have been non-stop. Today I had a chance to pause and reflect and calm my mind! Much gratitude!

Catherine R I’m sorry you’re going through all that. It’s traumatic and intense but I’m glad you got a break and I applaud you for being able to settle into it. I’ll keep you in my heart and prayers.

Last night I dreamed that I got lost, received an urgent call from my boss's office, and came home to find that I had been robbed of everything. I needed this class.
