I can relate to all of this - except the weeds! ย For me, I find it more meditative to watch my HUSBAND pull the weeds ๐ Also, sweet Mingus emanates pure love โค๏ธ๐พ๐๐ป
Ha! Yes, pulling weeds isn't for everyone. Glad everyone gets to meet Mingus here, he's my in house muse. Co-creator of many YA yoga classes. (insert happy cat face here).
We usually have rain but not lately, so I spend a lot of time watering and always end up weeding at the same time. And yes it's a peaceful time being outdoors with the plants, birds, and cat watching from the top of the compost bin. Inside the house the cat loves to be on the yoga mat.
Nature for sure invites to meditation. I'me grieving the recent lost of my beloved cat who gave me 10 years of unconditional love. I miss him so much. Pets help us connect with the present moment.ย
So sorry for you loss Lina. How lovely you had 10 years of snuggles, purrrrr, and LOVE from your beloved. Pets never live as long as we'd like them too and YES, they are great meditation teachers. So in the moment.
