My toes don't spread. It's not difficult to spread them, it's impossible.

Justin H I hear you. The struggle is real! If you are keen to get some movement there, I’d suggest starting by using your hands to help move your toes around.  It’s a slow a tedious process, but change will come.

Thanks for you reply Stephanie. How about a class focused on working on stiff toes please? I do intermittently work on my toes and it is helpful to improve how they feel.

Wow! I've never felt so stable in tree pose. I've also been struggling with right ankle and foot pain, and I found these alignment cues helpful for me to think about when I'm even going about my day. Thank you!
