I'm the one who has done your 30 day challenge about 10 times...and last time through I really felt like I was getting somewhere - just with the regular things - I'm still a mile away from the advanced poses, but hey - small steps and all that! I was looking for something different of yours that still fits into 30 minutes - so this is perfect. I might look into your longer sessions after this. Thanks for creating these lessons. Jo.

I have really been diving in deep with the concepts in my line classes and people are loving it. Learning how to create resistance in the poses is helping people feel WAY better in their joints and muscle tendons. And they’re getting deeper into the poses comfortably.
