There were some new new (to me) strap holds in this one, and I did have to pause quite a bit to make sure I was getting things right - which was totally worth it.  You mentioned “feedback” and that is what I love most about strap work.  That,  and the sense of being held and safe.  Lots of goodness here. ❤️🙏🏻

Love when yoga feels like the best physical therapy I need at this very moment. I do have a question, because sometimes I feel like I’m body dyslexic 😆 In the prone tree is that inner line feel what I should be transfering to the front leg when doing half moon pose. Thank you in advance, Lauri

I absolutely loved this practice. Thank you so much! Getting into some different positions and working with the breath felt wonderful. I was able to meditate, and I feel so much more peace and calming. This class will definitely be on my repeated list. Om Shanti thank you.
