It’s such a pleasure to meet you Brianna!  Tonight I’m going out for New Year’s Eve for the first time in several years and the introvert in me has been on edge all day.  I  can honestly say I feel much more relaxed and accepting after doing this practice 🩷 Now I’m even actually looking forward to seeing my dear friends and celebrating with them.  Thank You! 🙏🏻✨✨✨
