Thank you! The flow was creative and the moves felt great. I am in between beginning and intermediate in the practice, and teachers' styles vary in terms of how fast-paced they make it. This one went faster than I could go, so I will seek out a beginning class of yours, if they are available.
I love this heart chakra flow, I started this series after the initial launch a month ago and LOVE that I did this one a few days before Valentine's Day. Whether to open my heart chakra has been on my mind this week, :) Thanks for a great practice.
Loved the first half of this sequence, but the second half (vir 3, crescent lunges, etc.) got very hard to follow, and ultimately I got frustrated and skipped to the very end. Will try to revisit when I know what to expect. Throwing in "rainbow pose" (skandasana? or a modified version of it?) added more confusion because, even with knowing there can be variation in what people call poses), I have never heard of rainbow pose in the long time I have been practicing yoga. Without cues about limb and body position, when my back was turned to the device (as it usually ends up being in any practice, at least for a bit) it really threw a monkey wrench into things. I DID, however, feel great after the first half of the practice, and I WILL return to this practice to finish it out.
Catherine R Thank you so much for your feedback, it's much appreciated. I'm sorry to hear that you got frustrated with the flow, it's encouraging to hear that you will return to the practice and finish it out. I hope when you do that you really enjoy the practice.
