Aaaahhhh, I loved everything about this!  A practice that had it all:  pearls of wisdom,  bookending  a deep, luxurious asana sequence with breath work, and gentle yet concise queuing - all in 35 minutes that never felt rushed…thank you for this beautiful gem! ✨💎✨
