Hi Brianna,
Thank you for a lovely session this morning - Those twisty binds were fun ...and I love the phrase "practicing the pause" - I have a few tricky conversations coming up today and feel this phrase will help me through! Having something concrete to take off the mat is fab!These 40 minutes with you  have  really helped me feel  less  "in a bind" and  more prepared!

My intention today is  ”don’t freak out!” LOL.  But seriously I’ve been a bit rattled by the state of things lately, yet by the end of this lovely practice I’m feeling refreshed and more positive 😌 I did find that blocks were helpful for me during the triangle/half moon sequence, and I skipped a few vinyasas to keep things a bit more mellow.  Lots of twisty goodness and food for thought in this class - thank you Brianna 🙏🏻❤️
