Another really 'yummy' session, Erin. Thank you for all the excellent cues, they are always a big help. My Eka Pada was NOT a thing of beauty but a nice challenge just the same. Arm balances are something I find difficult to achieve fully, so I have appreciated that you have included them through this series. Best Regards X

Catherine A hehe I’m glad you enjoyed the challenge and I’m sure it was wonderful exactly as it ended up being ;) arm balances are a big challenge for so many and what I typically find is that it is usually the smallest tweak or adjustment or shift that gets people there. So happy you enjoyed class!!!!

I've really enjoyed the side plank variation (IT stretch) and the flow of movements.
