Such a lovely way to ease into the day…In this culture of GO GO GO it may seem counterintuitive to start one’s morning with Yin - but I find that this feels more like a moving meditation, a time to reset and transition my body and mind into what lies ahead.  I especially loved your affirmations during the closing poses.  Thank you Tamika 🙏🏻❤️

This was a lovely way to start my day after 5 days of flying in a row. I’m a flight attendant. Your steady calm voice and gentle cues were just what was needed this morning!
