This practice was soft and playful, with the theme of “seeds” feeling so timely for the season 🌱 I love that you save enough time for a long and calming wind-down towards the end and that you stay with us through savasana 🥰 This is important these days as it helps me to actually take that savasana instead of moving immediately on to the next thing on my to-do list!  Rest is self care!

A super great class, Annie, IMO ). I especially enjoyed the flow which seemed to pack a lot into the 30 mins but the pace still felt  measured and easeful. The Theme of seeds was just perfect 🌱 given that the natural world is exploding with life all around us. Regards C.....XXX

I really appreciate this lovely flowing practice! I had a specific question about the name you gave to one of the poses: "Shiva". The Sanskrit names of poses is an area of special interest to me. I was wondering if you could explain why this name for this pose. Thank you so much!
