It's so important to practice "explosive" movement - hopping, jumping - especially as we age. I realized that I have been avoiding this kind of movement. But I got into it and felt empowered to do more! Thank you, Linda!

I too have been avoiding this kind of movement, but I had 20 minutes and felt like giving this a whirl and I’m so glad I did! ( must be that new moon in Gemini 🌚 😉). I feel so energized now and also aware that I need more of this in my life 💥🙏🏻❤️
