This was the perfect finale to this season of Yoga For  Women’s Health.  Wall frog was new for me, and it really got into my hips and helped to shed some built-up tension I was holding onto.  I love your offerings and I’m hoping to see you back here again soon! 🤞🩷🙏🏻
