As always the block work is innovative and smile inducing - also almost broke into a gentle sweat a few times just from the concentration required! I loved the face down holding the block and stretching it to toes - wow what a subtle space i felt in my chest! lovely - thank you!
I've really enjoyed this playful practice and the creative use of blocks. I find we can better recruit back muscles when we hold the blocks between the palms without holding or grasping the blocks with the fingers.
