Jenny S You sure are right...2025 is no joke! 🫣 But I am SO glad the class could come to the rescue! :) I'm always reminded during these times how the practice of yoga allows us to drop back into the center of who we really are, even amidst chaos! Thank you for practicing with me Jenny!
