Glutes are so important overall, so this was very appreciated, especially your cueing reminding us to make sure we were engaging them made all the difference. I don't have ankle weights but that did not stop me from benefitting from this class. Keep working on that PhD!

Creative and different practice, thank you!  Could you make more workout videos with ankle/ wrist weights?  Really enjoyed this :)
