Oh boy - I’m curious to find out how my glutes feel tomorrow 😅! I’m quite sure we worked some muscles that will be talking to me after this one. What fun this was, especially the balance poses 🔥💥☄️‼️

Glutes are so important overall, so this was very appreciated, especially your cueing reminding us to make sure we were engaging them made all the difference. I don't have ankle weights but that did not stop me from benefitting from this class. Keep working on that PhD!
