Another wonderfully engaging practice.  I always thought I had to get my legs toward the ground, on the fifth of the five, but when you said not to let the back arch, it brought clarification to what was a frustrating movement before. Mahalo

If anyone wants to learn Crow, this is the practice. I am still wobbly in crow, but definitely will do this for homework, so I can impress my local studio friends with my improvement.
